Our History

Founded in Dry Ridge in 1985

Kinmon Steel Company was founded in April of 1985 by Keith Kinmon of Dry Ridge, Kentucky. For over 40 years, Kinmon Steel has provided superior customer service to the Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana tri-state area, with operations expanding internationally.

The company operates a fully functional steel service center, as well as a machine shop utilizing high-tech machining tools and equipment — led by an experienced and talented team of designers, toolmakers, and machinists — to provide the best material productivity and manufacturing processes to a wide range of customers.

All work is performed under a comprehensive quality assurance system to ensure on-time delivery of superior quality and service to all customers.
